Dalian Xuanke Compressors Interviewed by Jinpu New District Convergence Media Center: Focus on Green Environmental Protection and R&D Innovation

On March 19, a journalist team from the Convergence Media Center of Dalian Jinpu New District conducted a special interview and filming session at Dalian Xuanke Air Conditioning Compressor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dalian Xuanke Compressor"). The team conducted an in-depth investigation into the company’s achievements and practices in the fields of green and environmentally friendly refrigerants, R&D and innovation of compressor products, and manufacturing upgrading, so as to fully demonstrate the enterprise’s innovation capability and product competitiveness.

Accompanied by the company’s founding team, the journalists from the Convergence Media Center successively visited the production workshops, testing laboratories and technical meetings, capturing the whole production process of trans-critical CO₂ scroll compressors through cameras — from the processing, testing and assembly of precision components to the commissioning and technical analysis of complete machines. The journalist team focused on the enterprise’s development history and product iteration process, particularly its globally unique horizontal trans-critical CO₂ scroll compressor, covering its product characteristics, technological breakthroughs and application fields, while exploring the innovation stories and development experience of the enterprise from its establishment to its growth.

In the interview, Wang Zhenqiang, General Manager of Dalian Xuanke Compressors, stated: "Since its establishment, the company has been focusing on CO₂ environmentally friendly refrigerants. Integrating scroll compressor technology, we have launched a series of products, ranging from the 8cc model put into production in 2023 to the 19cc and 36cc models, as well as the 82cc model under R&D. Our products are continuously upgraded and optimized. With the advantages of high efficiency, energy conservation, environmental protection and low carbon, they are widely applied in refrigeration, air conditioning, heat pumps, transportation and other fields. At present, the company has obtained 17 patents and been recognized as a high-tech enterprise. We will continue to increase investment in R&D, expand the product line, and contribute Xuanke’s strength to the high-quality industrial development of Jinpu New District."
