The Dalian Xuanke Air Conditioning Compressor Co., Ltd., also known as “XK Compressor,” a China-based manufacturer of CO2 (R744) scroll compressors, has joined the world’s leading natural refrigerant HVAC&R stakeholders as a silver partner of the NaturalRefrigerants.com marketplace.
Founded in 2022, XK compressor focuses on the development and production of scroll compressors using CO2 as a refrigerant.
The company’s product portfolio includes both transcritical and subcritical models in vertical and horizontal configurations, with capacities ranging from 4 to 20HP. These compressors are designed for use in refrigeration, air-conditioning, heat pumps and transportation applications.
XK Compressor offers a variety of CO2 scroll compressors, including:
- CO2 scroll compressor F62GC1, designed for refrigeration and heat pump applications. Its design eliminates the need for an inverter, simplifying system configuration while reducing installation and maintenance requirements, according to XK Compressor.
- E19GA1 horizontal CO2 scroll compressor, a horizontally oriented compressor designed for heat pump systems in rail vehicles and buses with a height of 18.9cm (7.44in) and a weight of 50kg (110lbs). It features differential pressure and oil pump lubrication systems to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
- CO2 scroll compressor D21GC1, commonly used in refrigeration and heat pump systems. It weighs 53kg (116lbs), operates with minimal vibration and noise and features a low OCR (oil circulation ratio) structure to enhance system efficiency and reliability, XK Compressor says.
- E08KB2 horizontal CO2 scroll compressor, which is designed for new energy transportation applications, including truck cab air conditioners and battery thermal management systems. It is also suitable for small heat pumps and refrigeration systems.
The company also offers both fixed-speed and variable-speed compressor options to support different system requirements.
